Working out amid a pandemic is something everyone must try to do daily. Countless studies have found that exercising lowers the risk of contracting health conditions such as diabetes, depression, heart disease, high blood pressure, and stroke. In a week, be sure to include three to four days to focus on health and physical fitness, says Gene Bernshtam.
